Weekly Services

As rule, church services follow a regular pattern at St Andrews : in JULY 2008 this pattern is deviated from somewhat - please click here for details

  • 1st Sunday each month: Family Service starting at 11.15 a.m.


  • 2nd Sunday each month : Evensong at 6.30 p.m. in summer*
                                                       or 3.00 p.m. in winter*

  • 3rd Sunday each month : Holy Communion starting at 11.15 a.m.


  • 4th Sunday each month : Evening Prayer at 6.30 p.m. in summer*
                                                              or 3.00 p.m. in winter*


  • When there is a 5th Sunday in a month, morning services alternate between St. Andrew's Paull and St. Augustine's Hedon - see table below.

*Summer and winter service times are determined by the beginning and ending of British Summer Time, as the path to the church from the village is unlit.

Sunday June 29th : 10 a.m. in Paull
Sunday August 31st : 10 a.m. in Hedon
Sunday November 30th : 10 a.m. in Paull

The church is also open to visitors between 2 p.m. and 4.p.m.
on Saturdays and Sundays from May to October.

Services for St Andrew, Paull - July 2008 :

Sunday July 6th : Family service at 11.15 a.m.
Sunday July 13th : joint service of farewell at Paull Methodist church at 3.00 p.m.
Sunday July 20th : no service at Paull, benefice Eucharist and farewell to Colin at Hedon at 10.00 a.m.

Sunday July 27th : Taize Evening Prayer and Communion at 6.30 p.m.
