News and Events from 2007 The Church Garden Party - held as always on the first weekend in July - was immediately after the floods and so took place in the village hall. Despite the change in venue and style it still raised the magnificent sum of £1,200. Many thanks to everyone who helped at or supported the event in any way. Sunday August 26th (the day before August Bank Holiday Monday) saw the Paull Street Fayre take place in Main Street, Paull. There was indeed something for everyone and it was a real family event. Proceeds from the stalls, sideshows and competitions went to the church roof repair fund and a magnificent total in excess of £6,000 was raised! Thanks go to the organisers and everyone else who worked so hard to make the event such a resounding success. Saturday September 29th : an auction in aid of the church fund is being held in the Humber Tavern. For further information click here.
